JobCatch is made by Sheela Labs, an independent software studio in India. Email is the support channel, and it is read by the people who build the app.
We aim to reply within two working days. In the app, Profile → Get help opens an email with your app version already filled in.
What to include
- A bug: your Android version, what you tapped, and what happened.
- A wrong or missing job: the search you saved and the job's link.
- Billing: the email address on the account and the date of the payment. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in Google Play.
- Privacy or data deletion: the email address on the account. You can also delete everything yourself — see the account deletion page.
Please note
We never ask for a fee, an OTP or your password, and we never call you about a job. A message that claims to be from JobCatch or CareerDost and asks for any of these is not from us. How to spot a fake job offer.
